By accessing or using MeasureBeam (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeasureBeam provides free unit converters, measurement guides, and visual size comparisons. All tools are provided free of charge and do not require account creation.

3. Accuracy of Results

We build every converter and comparison against standard SI/NIST reference definitions and test them before publishing (see our editorial process). Even so, results are provided “as is” for general informational purposes. Do not rely on MeasureBeam as the sole source for measurements in safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or professional-engineering contexts — verify independently before acting on any result.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content at a rate that degrades service for other users, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The MeasureBeam name, logo, design, and original written content are owned by us. Conversion formulas and unit definitions themselves are standard, publicly known facts and are not owned by anyone.

Pages may link to third-party websites (manufacturer specs, standards bodies, reference sources). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeasureBeam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
